Orca SEO Refund Policy
Specific terms of the Orca SEO determine the Orca SEO Refund Policy plan you enroll in.
30-day window to request a refund
If you cancel your Orca SEO account per the Terms and Conditions before 30 days pass, you may request a refund for the full purchase price by contacting Paddle support. This Risk-Free offer is available one-time only to any person or entity. Note: The 30-day refund request window applies to the initial term of annual plans only. Month-to-month plans are not eligible for refunds.
Requesting a refund
Downgrading your Orca SEO account to free or closing your account does not initiate a refund automatically. To request a refund, contact Support for assistance. It takes roughly 10 to 14 business days for Orca SEO to process a refund. Once we process your refund, it may take several days for your bank to make the funds available:
Amount refunded: Refunds are based on the subscription rate, your termination date, and the cancellation policies for your plan type.
Refund approval: Refund requests will be reviewed against our cancellation policy for your plan type and to ensure the request was made within 30 days of your subscription start date. Refunds may not be provided if the request is outside 30 days of your subscription start date or if your plan type does not allow for early cancellation. The refund will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Any bank fees / credit card or payment processing fees and charges by any kind shall be borne solely by you
